All-on-X Full-Arch Implants

A complete, fixed set of teeth supported by just a few implants — a confident alternative to removable dentures.

Overview

What is All-on-X?

All-on-X (including All-on-4 and All-on-6) replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a single, fixed bridge anchored on a small number of dental implants. It's a proven solution for people facing extensive tooth loss or tired of dentures that slip and click.

Because the bridge is fixed to implants, it stays put — you brush it like natural teeth, eat what you love, and never take it out.

Questions

Good to know

Is it really done in a day?

The surgery and a fixed set of provisional teeth can often be completed in a single day. Your final bridge is made after healing, so you leave with teeth and return for the polished result.

How is this different from dentures?

Dentures rest on the gums and can move. All-on-X is anchored to implants and stays fixed in place, giving far more stability, comfort, and bite strength.

Does it hurt?

The procedure is done under anesthetic with sedation options. Most patients manage recovery with standard pain relief and are pleasantly surprised by how it goes.
